EL-FLOW Base는 (OEM) 시스템에 설치하기 위한 합리적인 솔루션입니다.
기기는 0,2…10 mln/min에서 시작하여 최대 4…200 ln/min 공기 환산 범위에서
열 질량 유량 측정 원리에 따라 작동합니다.
또한 아날로그 I/O 신호와 디지털 RS232 통신 및/또는 Modbus-RTU를 표준 기능으로 제공합니다.
